Beagle dogs

Beagle dogs by Clemens

Beagles are equally happy in the home romping and playing with children or other small animals. Beagles are well known in the United States and extremely popular based on the cartoon Peanuts that ran in the newspaper for several years and actually created some movies and TV shows. Snoopy has always been popular with children, which of course makes the demand for these dogs in homes. Beagles are of medium length and have an oval skull and square muzzle. They have long, big ears and big brown eyes. Beagles are easy to groom because they have short hair. Their coat is traditionally tri-colored-brown, black and white. Beagles are equally joyous in a family sporting and putting with babies or other young creatures. Beagles are well known as a breed of dog that will eat anything in sight and then not care so much about their "girlish figure". So we can say Beagles are big on eating and not so big on exercise so your beagle will gladly trade off a run in the sun for a bowl of food. As a very energetic breed of dog, Beagles are social, curious, intelligent and brave. Beagles are hardy - stubborn - and are just happy to be alive and loved. Beagles are fabulous chow-hounds!
